14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached. They may be tried on to check fit and appearance, but must not show signs of wear, washing, damage or use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, the direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at blancibizaofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost paid for the order, where applicable. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing an upgraded shipping method are not refundable.

Please note that the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or receive evidence that it has been sent back.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at blancibizaofficial@gmail.com.

We will arrange the appropriate solution and cover the applicable return costs.

Exchanges
If you would like to change your size, please contact us at blancibizaofficial@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy.

Non-Returnable Items
The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised.

If Blanc offers personalised or made-to-measure pieces in the future, these will be identified as such before purchase.

Original paintings and artworks are final sale.
